oRipa Screen Recorder works for Skype VideoI downloaded the oRipa Screen Recorder to test as a video capture for Skype sessions with my daughter and grandson. The system captures the whole screen, so by starting the recorder and setting Skype into full screen mode, I am able to capture active video of my 1 year old grandson. My only problem is that I can't figure out how to capture the incoming audio along with my outgoing (microphone) audio.

Great free screen recorder.This is a great free screen recorder, which runs at a high frame rate, and file sizes are not too large.

oRipa reviewIt generates very poor quality video. In Video it's not possible to identify the text and menus.

Training VideosUsing this tool made life a lot easier when creating training videos - as part of my job I was looking for a tool that did not charge the earth but done the job - after tinkering with the display configuration and expoerting into a powerpoint presentation - it all looked very profesional - again thanks to the guys at oRipa

Heck, it`s free!The program isn't terribly impressive in terms of quality, and if you try to boost certain quality controls, the recordings seems to lose video for some reason (though maybe that's just my computer). But anyway, it's a free download and it certainly does work, so everyone have fun! :) Social bookmarks: RSS:
